I am at one of the safehouses, for the moment. Jo and I built it; it is likely one of the best protected here.
No, it is not an event. One of the Animus has attacked the city.

Edward and Alphonse and Negi think I am here -- I would not want to leave and worry them. It's fine -- I'm okay where I am. It's safe.
[But at the next piece of news, her eyes widen slightly. Evita whines slightly -- Rachel is hugging her around the neck a little too tightly.]

A few individuals made a foolish mistake. One of the Animus used it as an opportunity to lash out at us.
There are also three other new powerful creatures that have arrived, and they have their own smaller creatures with them.

[Rachel presses her mouth against the dog's temple for a moment, in thought, before she continues, quiet.]
How are they going to be stopped? What about the people who did this, have they been caught yet?

I'm going to assist in efforts to destroy them, but I'm not certain of what will be done about the Animus. The individuals who were involved made a mistake, Rachel; this was not intentional.

[She has a very good dog. 8| But she pauses, after her simple statement, her brow furrowing.]
How are you going to defeat them -- and what mistake, the world is falling apart, that is far more than spilling a glass of proverbial milk, Castiel, they should be punished.

You know of our swords. They are capable of killing nearly anything in my world; though they may or may not be so powerful here, they are likely to be at least somewhat effective.
There are times when what is believed will be to the benefit of all leads to the opposite, even when undertaken with the best of intentions.

She sets it in her lap, though, to consider his next point.]
I wrote a song about that feeling.
[Rachel swings her legs lightly, her toes just scuffing the surface of the ground, with a frown.]
It's really hard to get something right when you don't want to fail.

[After a moment or two of thought -- and Rachel glances up towards the camera before refocusing her attention on the sword.]
Though I trust you will prevent the more unsavory sort of person from harming the people behind this when they undoubtedly overreact.
[It doesn't take a clever girl like Rachel to realize that it must be one of Castiel's friends for him to say such a thing.]

Her friends aren't going to be the ones who will make her feel worse. I would be more concerned about making sure that she can't hear her enemies for awhile.
